The Drawing Drills are curated movements and drawing exercises that are made to practice the mechanical articulation within the hand. The most common reason an artist doesnt draw as well as they'd like is because the marks they attempt to create dont actually happen the way the imagined. With the drawing drills, I've put together all the movements required to have full control of the pen. 
Every other physical activity has exercises and drills to perfect the movements except for art. With the drawing drills, you get to practice like a professional soccer player would practice agility drills; with iterative practice quickly and effectively to maximize results in doing those specific movements.

The Drawing Drills Course is designed to benefit artists of all skill levels. Whether you're a beginner looking to build a strong foundation or a seasoned artist aiming to refine your technique, the exercises will help improve your hand-eye coordination and confidence in your marks.

I recommend at minimum you do 10 minutes of the drawing drills per day. The videos explaining how to perform the drills properly are between 15-40 minutes depending on the lesson. There are also 10 minute draw-along videos included in the course to practice alongside The Art Coach.
1-3 ten minute sessions per day will maximize the learning effects of the drills.
